I did get my refund in the end, so that’s the main thing. I can’t remember exactly how many days it took, but it was definitely a bit longer than I was expecting. Support was fine from what I remember, nothing amazing, but they did help get it sorted.

I found cherrykitten simple to browse, and the pages loaded fine for me. I was able to find what I needed without, without much clicking around at all. The only thing I noticed was that a few sections felt a little crowded on mobile, but overall it was a good experience.

Order showed up fine. No issues, nothing weird. So far, it feels trustworthy enough to me.

The clothes were really cute, so I was excited about that, but... the return process was kind of annoying. It took a while to hear back, and the exchange info wasn’t super clear at first. I did eventually get everything sorted out, so that was fine, but yeah... it just wasn’t the smoothest experience...

I ordered this mainly because I loved the color shown on the website, but what arrived looked completely different. In the photos it seemed much brighter, and in person it’s dull and just kind of off. I even checked the listing on another screen to make sure it wasn’t just my phone, but it still looked nothing like what I got. it’s really disappointing, and it makes me feel like I can’t trust the photos on the site anymore. The color was the whole reason I bought it.

I got the tracking info about a day later, and it updated well enough to keep me from wondering if my package had joined a witness protection program. It arrived on the day they said it would, just a few hours later than I expected, but nothing major.

Everything was there, nothing was damaged, and overall I’d order again. I’m giving 4 stars because the communication could be a little quicker, but the delivery itself was reliable.

I picked up this shirt a few months ago and I’ve worn it a bunch, especially on casual weekends. The print has held up really well through lots of washes, with only a little fading around the edges. It’s not absolutely perfect, but I’m still happy with it.

so I was disappointed with this. The material felt really thin, the stitching started coming loose quickly, and it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. I wouldn’t buy it again

My tracking has just been sitting there for days with no updates, and when I reached out to support, they couldn’t give me a straight answer. I still have no clue where my order is, it’s really frustrating.

I actually found a few things I really liked on cherrykitten.com, and the site was easy to browse. The only downside for me was the international shipping cost, it ended up being kind of high and made the total feel less worth it. I’d maybe order again if the shipping was cheaper.

This thing seems to work only when it feels like it. I'm still waiting for it to do what it's supposed to, and it's getting really annoying.

I ordered from cherrykitten.com after comparing prices on a few other sites, their prices seemed fair. The quality was better than I expected for what I paid (not flawless, but definitely worth the money). Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, which is why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I’m happy with the value and would probably order from them again

i mean, I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling tighter and shorter than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, but the sizing chart didn’t really help me get the right fit

It feels really soft on my skin and isn’t scratchy at all, which I appreciate. The only thing is the fabric feels a little thin, i think companies should be more upfront about that. Still comfortable, just not quite as sturdy as I was hoping

My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was kind of crushed, and the item inside looked like it had been sliding around the whole trip. Nothing was completely broken, but for the price, I expected it to be packed with a lot more care. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great.

I tried the codes and one of them did work for me, but the other ones didn't really do anything. So yeah, it was only sometimes good, I guess.
